Tasty fresh ramen, had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Single customer gets seated next to the kitchen window, which is a little private

I had such a great experience here! The ramen was absolutely delicious with a rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. We also ordered the gyoza and karaage, and both were amazing. The gyoza had a nice crispy texture, and the karaage was juicy, crispy, and seasoned really well.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m craving ramen. Highly recommend!

Second time at this location. First time was very good. Second visit was not so good. One of the tap selections was out, room was absolutely freezing, gyudon was bland and very oily, wife’s ramen finally came out after I was half done eating. Server was the singular bright spot.

Fell Short
Our party of three dined in for dinner with a wait time of 15 minutes. We were sat in a comfortable booth, but needed detailed cleaning as there was red splashed dried on the booth backing, and oil smears under the self pour bottles.
We ordered, Most Popular Bowl, Kids Rice Plate, Chashu Bowl, Gyoza, and Onigiri (Tuna Mayo).
The Gyoza had a pleasant flavor, but lacked the sear that pan fried dumplings are known for. They were served with a nice dipping sauce that paired well.
The Tuna Mayo Onigiri was a wonderful surprise, they came in a massive size, with the ratio of rice to filling just right. Lacked salt, so it paired well with the Gyoza dipping sauce.
The Most Popular Bowl was not good. It was overly salted, and there was a massive amount of white grit throughout the broth. I had ordered it without bamboo shoots, however I was served a bowl with bamboo shoots. The noodles, egg, sprouts, and meat were all as they should be, but ramen is held all together by the broth. I would not recommend at all.
The Chashu Bowl was fine, on the dry side, and had a flat flavor. Would pair well with a side of fresh vegetable, as it was too indulgent after the second bite.
The Kids Rice Plate was cute, with the rice shaped into a bear, and an octopus sausage - however a fork wasn't offered so it took over 10 minutes to find a staff member to request one.
The Diet Coke was flat, and was never checked in on by our server for it to be replaced.
The decor inside the front waiting area is charming with the abundance of paper swan garland - however they are filthy with dust and debris.
The ambiance was well, the food and service was lack luster.
