I was looking forward to eating here and was slightly disappointed... It's way overpriced. Maybe it's because I came right before closing time, but food was so-so. It's definitely not worth what I paid. I'd be willing to try it again, but maybe I'll dine in next time.

the food was amazing and we didn’t wait long, however we asked for the check multiple times with multiple different servers and had to wait over a half an hour before we even got it, it’s ridiculous

Terriable service food is likely very good but it was ice cold. Seems like a good family run place where the girls do a ton of work and the waiters dont sure there was a small crowd but by no way slammed...

Had to ask waiter twice for refills on water. Also asked twice for to-go containers. They didn't seem that busy.
Parking: Food was tasty!

Big portion with good quality dishes... Love the sausage... The chocolate with the whip cream on top is a surprise.
The saimin noodle texture is too soft with no texture. The prok katsu is freshly fried, but a little dry

We are a family of three and we came here after church. We've had good service and food in the past so I have no idea what the heck happened! We were told a table would be ready In 10 to 15 minutes. We were waiting by the door and the hostess said we can't stand there because it's a fire hazard. That's understandable so we moved by the bathrooms away from the door. The hostess then came and practically yelled at us saying we can't stand there either and "go outside". We contemplated just going somewhere else but we were giving them the benefit of the doubt and expected the food to be good as it always was. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for a table no worries places get busy. The hostess sat us at a booth and said " we normally don't sit a party of three here but we will make a one time exception". Keep in mind we didn't ask for a booth or any specific table they texted us that our table was ready. We asked her to get the manager and the manager came over. We explained the situation and she said " she is a highschooler and we have other stuff going on ". I said " I was hired as a highschooler as a hostess and moved myself up to a server and in My 5 years of working in a restaurant I have never treated anyone the way we were and age doesn't have anything to do with customer service or just being polite ". She walked away not saying another word. The food came out and my eggs were burnt and My bacon was practically raw. I just ate my hashbrowns and English muffin. When we got up to leave I made eye contact with the hostess. She crossed her arms and rolled her eyes at me. 100% not cool.

We generally love this restaurant, but they just asked me to wait outside in the cold rain with my elederly, disabled, wheelchair bound mother until a table was ready. This is awful service and not what is expected.

Finally a Hawaiian restaurant worth dining at! Real local food. I stop in every time I'm in the area.

The service here is doodoo. The establishment is disorganized. I have visited this location multiple times, as it is one of the few remaining options up north for local grinds since Bobby's is currently closed. The consistency of service and food quality has not been consistent. I would highly recommend considering visiting the Seattle location for Kona Kitchen instead. If you want better local grinds I would go to Kauai Family or Bobby's when it reopens.

We were there and had to wait 5 minutes for our friends to show up. (Group of 6) and they told us they could not seat us until all showed up… even though open seating was available.
They reserved a table for us then told us we had to wait outside in 40 degrees weather because they didn’t have a waiting area.

Very welcoming and warm atmosphere!
I LOVE Hawaiian and Guam dishes..i just love it. Especially their bbq and loco moco.
I tried Kona Kitchens loco moco and it was unfortunately just mediocre. Wish the meat was juicier and the fried rice less salty. Their combo plates are good enough:)

This was my first time trying out Hawaiian cuisine, and I am impressed at how simple and rustic it tastes. The ingredients were fresh, delicious and the modest seasoning really allowed their natural flavours to shine. The Salmon Poke was pleasant, and the Pork Lau Lau tasted close to nature. Kalua Pig was super tender, but quite salty. For once, I found myself paying close attention to the texture of the meats, which were fantastic. The portions (espeically the meats) were also very generous, and I was completely stuffed by the end of the meal. This is an experience which I thoroughly enjoyed, and I can't wait to try out more food from Hawaii.

Host not friendly, waiter made up for her service, he was friendly. Food not the same as before, food served cold and plates and utensils wasn’t totally cleaned. Two stars for the waiter service even though he got my order wrong.😊
Got a takeout, the hamburger patty on loco moco was hard as a rock, no gravy, oh and the pick up was late by 30 minutes

You really get the Aloha feel here and so happy to have this near my home! My mom really likes their house special fried rice and saimin! I think the only thing i wish was different was the mac salad but everything else was delicious
