I’m disappointed that I’m disappointed. I’d been looking forward to trying LASA for a long time.
I ordered the Lechon Kawali Roll. The crispy pork belly was generous, but the pieces were so thick the sandwich wouldn’t close, making it one of those impossible to eat, Instagram only sandwiches. The hoagie roll was the biggest letdown. The one thing that was literally holding it all together was so hard and dry that it crumbled and fell apart with every difficult...

WHY ARE YOU NOT EATING HERE RIGHT NOW.

Well, the kawali lechon / fried crispy pork rice bowl dish is #1 best food I've had this year in Washington state. Get it get it get it!!!! Everything is a hit. Hubby loved the salty greasy heavy sisig fries - all so good. Topped with a halo halo, no better meal out there. Trust me.
Sisig Style Fries: Hand cut, rustic potatoes under a glorious bed of fried pork, blanketed by a sunny egg, and top with fresh chives, onions and Thai chili. If the description didn’t convince you, this was heavenly and indulgent. My mouth waters…

Adobo Fried Chicken Sandwich: The cutlet was crispy and moist. It came with lettuce, lightly pickled cucumber, and a mayo-based sauce. It was good but not a runner.

Halo Halo: Very refreshing....
