Good place to get some jap chae and chicken katsu. Flavorful and good ratio of meat to carbs. I recommend the jap chae!

It's a food court style restaurant next to HMart. The hot tofu soup and the bulgogi was pretty good, but the hot stone bibimbap was just okay. The best part of the bibimbap was the crispy rice from the hot pot. I gave it 4 stars because the other two dishes was good and the Kimchee and thr pickled radishes was really good. Good for a quick bite and satisfy the korean food craving. Next time I'll probably go for the bulgogi or the tofu soups. Overall good for a good court style place. I was satisfied and very full.

This is my first time to Lynwood's Hmart food court and instantly, my eyes were glued to Hometown. I opted for the dol-sot bibimbap. After a short wait, my order number was called. I was given a tray with my entree and 3 other banchans (side dishes). Ratio of rice to seasoned veggies and beef was great. Although my entree was delicious, I couldn't finish it. Their portion sizes are enough for 2 people!! Knocked down one star as price for my bibimbap is priced than other places and they didn't give me enough sauce (I like my bibimbap spicy).

Amazing quick food. Good size portions for the price. Been here a few times now and been consistently great.

This is great, quick, adorable Korean food. Very generous portions, great flavor, consistent, fast, and they have great service!

Pretty good ddokboki. Service is pretty nice, so nothing much to complain about. We've only come here for the rice cakes and then gone to the other restaurants to get other food, but the rice cakes are consistent and have nice flavors. Decided to expand our horizons and try out the cheese ddobokki, and those were pretty good too.

Not bad for food court food! So many good things to choose from in the menu, but my stomach kept gravitating to the spicy signature beef bone soup. I've never even had this before, but I'm glad I tried it. It was delicious. The first few bites were crazy spicy and I wasn't sure if I could finish the bowl, but with some rice and more bites I either got used to it, or the initial spiciness was concentrated in the first few bites. Either way it was a very solid bowl of soup - ample amount of noodles, lots of tender beef and the broth itself was very good. And the serving size was very generous. My friend got her usual dok buki in a creamy soup with dumplings which was excellent comfort food. So good. I would definitely come back here again if I am in the area.

i moved by to Seattle last year and was really happy to see they have an H Mart. If your Korean or cook Korean food this is the place where you can find all sorts of asian foods at a reasonable price, as well as bedding and kitchen supplies. After your done being super overwhelmed with all the amazing choices they have in the grocery store, then you can go to the food court right outside. I am huge fan of there Kimchi Jigae especially on cold wet winter days in Washington. I find that there soup at Hometown is not overly spicy or watery. It tastes very traditional with the right amount of ingredients. They don't ask for how spicy you want it. At the other place i went to when i was living in Hawaii it always seemed a little too spicy. My stomach can handle the soup here and its really warming for me. My Kimchi soup was $10.00 with tax and comes with rice, kimchi and one other side dish. The tables are not wiped down at the food court, so plan on bringing some wet wipes.....thats one thing that grosses me out but other then that food is great.

Its one of food court. so i didnt expect something nice. And yes, it is. However, some food are good. I tried fried squid, thats good. When I tried other food before, cannot recommend it. If you like bread, i recommend beard papa next to this.

I ordered the Omurice (Egg over fried rice w ketchup) and was so disappointed :( The egg was watery and everything just made me feel sick. Also, they barely gave any cabbage side and it was drenched in dressing. Sorry but I could've made better omurice at home. not worth the 11 dollars I spent.

This place is located within the food court area at the H Mart in Lynnwood. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I ordered the spicy beef which had good flavor although not real spicy. The side items can be added for more flavor profiles which makes the dish a little more interesting. The portion size was a bit bigger than I was expecting which made it a really good value for the price and something I would order again. Being in the food court, it can be very noisy and crowded with long lines although I caught them on a good day so no waiting and there was plenty of tables available.

Very large servings of katsu. Personally I prefer Korean katsu over others because they put a sweet gravy on it, and this places is especially good (they ask if you want extra when serving it, which I would highly recommend). Solid 5/5

This place was just underwhelming. We came to the food court to find something to eat real quick, and ended up getting the Don Katsu, which was $10.50. We opted for that over kim chi fried rice cause it had some meat. The plate came with two large, but very thin pieces of pork, a small "salad", if you can call it that, some rice and a little bit of mac salad. I say "salad" because it was just lettuce with a squirt of mayo for dressing. The flavor was bland, to say the least. There was some gravy on top, but still eh. Not worth it.

Stop by for a quick lunch before grocery shopping at HMart. It wasn't a busy lunch hour, but we waited a little over 10 minutes for our food. The menu board was easy to understand with photos and descriptions in English. We ordered Bulgogi and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. The bulgogi came with soup (clear broth that tasted like Miso). It was okay, could use some searing on the meat. The noodle soup was truly a 5-star dish... super spicy! They serve their dishes on ceramic plates and bowls with disposable chopsticks. You are expected to return your plates and bowls back to their counter after you eat.
