I go here at least three times a week, it’s the best deal in the mall, and Monica always is smiling and bringing a smile to my face! They work very efficiently and have a great routine, love to see it :)

I work in the mall and some of the times I’ve ordered ahead to pick up have been absolutely abysmal. I understand how busy it can get, but this last time I came to pick up my order, they asked for my name at the register and then proceeded to ignore me and help the next four customers in line. I understand they were busy, but why would you ask me my name for my order and then NOT hand it to me? I spent over half my lunch break (15 mins) WAITING for my food that was already bagged up and waiting for me. I am never going to be ordering from this location again, the staff usually are super friendly despite how busy things are and how few of them are on the floor, but today’s experience absolutely ruined it for me.

Very decent Chinese food at a reasonable prices. Love the grilled chicken and chicken and mushroom. One of their healthiest meals.

Mobile app notification food was ready for pick up. I was told I would have to wait three minutes for fresh chow mein. It was not fresh and the chicken was cold.

Missing 90% of my sauces, the rangoons tasted like soggy fryer oil. Looking forward to my meal and it wasn’t great 😭
This location is terrible for online orders. It's pointless. My order was significantly delayed while they kept handling all the other people walking in. They didn't start making it until I reminded them twice.
Great spot for a quick bite at the mall. It’s pretty popular, so there’s usually a line.
Basically had to interject in the line to get my online order after waiting a bit. If I’m standing with my phone and looking at you, it should be a sign that I have an online order, or better yet, have a place for online pick up so we don’t have to wait
Their portion size was very small . Even after complaining they wouldn't agree to it .
Vegetarian options: Egg is not vegetarian, so fried rice has egg in it & we don't consider it being vegetarian.

I placed an online order at this location and got a text message at 1 PM saying my order was ready. I went up to the counter at 1:15 and the lady asked if I had been helped I told her no and that I was there for an online order. She did not ask me my name and proceeded to help five other people and did not acknowledge me my food was sitting on the counter not bagged or ready yet & finally at 1:25 my order was bagged still no one had acknowledged me or asked what the name was for pick up and I had to tell them hello I still haven’t been helped I’m here for my order. Waste of my time and stressful when I have three small kids with me. Would have been easier to wait in line and order to be assisted faster.
Ordered king lap chicken and chow mein. Took over an hour to make my dish. I watched countless orders go out but my food got skipped

Don't bother ordering online here. They'll lie and tell you it's ready by text and make you wait another 10-20 minutes while they actually make it.
