Such a great spot for pho! I got the Pho Dac Biet and it was genuinely delicious. The portion size was great for me and the broth actually reminded me of the authentic flavors back in Vietnam. The owners are also super sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
Pho Alderwood seriously surprised me. The broth was incredibly rich and aromatic without being overly salty, and you could really taste the depth from the long simmer. The noodles had the perfect texture, and the beef was tender and fresh. I haven’t had this authentic Pho for a very long time. Definitely one of the better pho spots I’ve tried recently. Perfect comfort food, especially on a cold or rainy day.
I come here for the consistently great bánh mì. While I've mostly ordered sandwiches, I've tried their beef short rib and their pho, and I enjoyed both. This isn't my favorite place for phở, but it's still good, and the báhn mì absolutely steal the site by virtue of their own.
