I went there with my family today, pho was amazing, the broth was perfect temp and generous meat! The portion was really big, even though i ordered small, i could barely finish it, which is really rare around here. The employees were attentive and nice, though interaction was short. Price is way more reasonable than other pho restaurants! We paid 50 ish dollars for three bowl of pho. Recommend!!
I do love the pho at this place, but the service is dismal. Yesterday was the first time I ordered via Uber eats.
I checked the box that I needed utensils and all I got was a pair of chopsticks. No spoon, no napkin. I mean, come on, it's soup!
When you order, it says condiments are already included, but I got no chili paste/oil or hot sauce of any kind :(
And on top of that, it was not hot - I had to put it in the microwave. (The location is 1 mile...

I truly love the food here- when it's what I ordered. I have never had anything prior to this that I didn't like. It is always perfect temperature, cooked beautifully, and it looks just as good as it tastes.
I lowered the stars based on the experience that I had yesterday. I ordered crab Rangoon (amazing!) and a vermicelli bowl with pork and an egg roll and chose the add on extra egg rolls...
