I had previously had their cupcakes and really enjoyed them but this time they completely missed the mark. The icing was rock hard from being in a refrigerator and the cake itself tasted like it had been frozen. Maybe this would have been better if I hadn't gotten the cupcakes to eat immediately but had let them sit out and thaw before eating.
I have celiac and come here at least once a year, and have never once had a problem
Staff is amazingly friendly, prices are reasonable, if you have the opportunity to go here regardless of allergy, GO!!!

I got a Red Velvet cupcake with Cream cheese frosting today. Red velvet is my absolute favorite, I make it for myself and others all the time. I also try it wherever I am in the world and oftentimes people get it WRONG. But this cupcake from PINKABELLA was AMAZINGGGGG! The flavors were there, it was moist and the frosting was to die for!!!! ***Chef's Kiss****

I was ecstatic when I found out you could get GF cupcakes here and they were the best I've ever had! I ordered one of every flavor and they were all super flavorful, moist yet fluffy, and didn't crumble everywhere like other GF cupcakes.

Beware!! This shop is selling stale and unhygienic cupcakes. My 4 year old daughter ate cupcake from here today and got food poisoning. She has already thrown up 6 times since. This location needs to be investigated by the authorities. I am going to report. Please do not buy from this store for the safety of your family.

Placed an order for birthday cupcakes. Arrived 5 minutes early and watched the staff walk out for a break.... I requested pickup at 6 for a reason and no one is here? Could they not have waited until after 6 to go on a break? Very very poor customer service... very unhappy with having to wait when I scheduled this time and I showed up on time. I will never purchase cupcakes from this kiosk again.

Really disappointed. I haven't had their cupcakes for about a year. Ordered some tonight and the frosting tastes like a new recipe. It's extremely grainy. It used to be very smooth!

We always stop here whenever we're at the Alderwood Mall. The best cupcakes ever! The salted caramel ones are so good that I hardly ever order anything else. But we've tried the coconut, chocolate, red velvet and lemon ones! Their frosting is absolutely magical. I've had cupcakes at several places but the buttercream can never beat Pinkabella's.Also love that they have pup cakes. My dog inhales it! They also have varying flavors through the week.
