We reserved Split Open and Melt food truck for our 50th class reunion yesterday. Boy were we happy!! The Philly cheese steak sandwiches are tasty and top notch. The loaded cheese steak fries were awesome! My favorite was the Spicy cheese steak with jalapenos and habanero aioli. Very organized and quick service. The beepers when your order is ready was a plus. Highly recommend.

I just had their spicy Philly Cheesesteak… yum. The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavor. The helping was ample and more than enough to eat in one sitting. Thank you Split Open and Melt! I’ll definitely partake next time I come across yall. Please let that be at the brick and mortar you open in Anacortes ;-)

You guys are absolutely amazing!!!!!! 💯 10 star review....you were at the park in monroe tonight an I ended up puking behind ur truck after ordering food from the heat an no food all day lol ....you guys came out with water an asked if I was all good......I was.... an me an the kids then finished our food an omg u guys absolutely killed it on the Phillys an the fries were the best me an my kids have ever had...1000% amazing place killer customer service an bomb food!!
