I ordered a Vente and payed for a Vente. everytime “Sophia” makes my drink it is half full, wouldn’t even fill up a grande size, everyone else that works there makes it perfect and fills the cup, only when she makes it is when it’s half the cup.
Look for "Chris" who will provide you the BEST Starbucks experience! I enjoyed ordering, he also explained how to redeem my star rewards very clearly, fun and happy! Ordering to the drinks everything was PERFECT even super busy Saturday afternoon.

I think there are multiple Starbucks here at the mall and we are all confused as to which is which when we do our reviews ;) Mine is for the kiosk by the water feature. The staff there was stupendous - SO CHEERFUL and polite. Something novel for me was they told me "I'm working on your coffee now." That was a nice touch. Granted, business was semi-slow at the time so maybe they had time to take certain extra measures, but this was still a pleasant stop.
