You can make the dumplings yourself and they taste great. You can also buy them frozen (the price is 20% off the list price). However, the dumplings and pot stickers used in the stir-fried dumplings are the same type of dumplings.

Had the spicy cucumber salad, beef and radish potstickers, and pork and cabbage soup dumplings. Everything was amazingly delicious!

We had pork cabbage dumpling, Dan Dan noodles and spicy cucumber, the cucumber is little flavorless but we liked the dumping and Dan Dan noodles, will certainly come back to try other dishes

Summary:
A great spot if you’re craving dumplings/potstickers. Their chive and shrimp dumplings are fresh and flavorful, making it worth a visit. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Dan Dan noodles as they fall short of authenticity. Service is quick and polite, run by what seems to be a hardworking couple. Overall, it’s a solid choice for dumplings, earning four stars.
Ambience (4/5):
The atmosphere is simple and no-frills, but it’s comfortable and welcoming. It’s a cozy spot to enjoy a casual meal, especially if you’re in the mood for dumplings. The focus here is clearly on the food, which is the main attraction.
Authenticity (3/5):
The dumplings are definitely the highlight, and the chive shrimp variety stands out as fresh and flavorful. However, the Dan Dan noodles were a letdown. They arrived in a stone bowl/pot, which looked unusual, and the taste was just okay—definitely not authentic. You can find better versions of Dan Dan noodles elsewhere.
Flavor (4/5):
The chive shrimp dumplings were fresh, with a great balance of flavor. I really enjoyed how the chive complemented the shrimp. However, the Dan Dan noodles were underwhelming in both presentation and taste. Stick to the dumplings—they’re what the restaurant does best.
Cost (4/5):
For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are reasonable. You’ll get a solid meal without breaking the bank, especially if you focus on the dumplings, which are definitely worth the price.
Service (5/5):
The service was excellent. It seems to be a couple running the restaurant, and they were fast, efficient, and very polite. The speed of the service really impressed me, and they made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
Tips for Visiting:
1. Stick to the dumplings: The dumplings are the star of the show here, especially the chive shrimp dumplings. I’d recommend focusing on these and skipping the Dan Dan noodles.
2. Quick service: The service is speedy and polite, so even during busy times, you won’t have to wait long for your food.
3. Casual spot: If you’re looking for a casual place with good dumplings, this is a great choice. The ambiance is simple, but it’s all about the food here.

The dumplings are good and the beef pancake roll is tasty. The beef noodle soup was a little disappointing for me, I was expecting more flavors and the noodles were just too much for me. The staff are very nice and attentive and the prices are fine. Service is fast.

The takeaway I ordered was so delicious. The leather buns were filled with juicy fillings. I hope to make rattan pepper beef dumplings in the future! ! !

Delicious food, so good! and quick service!
Wow this is the best dim sum I've had in the 5 years since moving to Washington. Firstly for about $13 you get 12 large dumplings so I accidentally got more than I could eat but having leftovers was great! When I took the first bite it was instant nostalgia and I immediately inhaled all of my food ?. The service was super good as well and the place was clean 10/10!.

The food is great but I think the prices are on the high side making this place a once in a while or a rarely visited. Not sure what makes such a simple food so costly. Could be the greed train like all the other restaurants are on these days. Makes for an empty dining room experience.
