A delightful local gin distillery and tasting room serving craft cocktails. I try to get there every month to see what new drinks they have come up with. I was not a huge gin fan before visiting Temple. Their gins have converted me.
Love this place. This is a strangle location for have a tasting room so even though I live in the area it took me 10 years to find it. But now I like to stop in each month to try their newest creation. Cora is wonderful and always up for mixing up a mocktail version for my husband. Nice laid back place to meet up with friends for a unique seasonal cocktail or a gin flight.
Hands down the best gin distillery on the west coast. The distiller, AJ, had an absolutely deft palate. Constant Reader, their 'well' gin, is on par with many places premium offerings. Their Chapter One London Dry is complex and tasty. Their Navy Strength gin is incredibly flavorful and citrus forward. The hidden gem though is their limoncello! Even our Italian friends after that it is done of the best they have had (besides someone's auntie/grandma in Italy).
