The Old Spaghetti Factory offers a nice, old-time setting with friendly staff and great service. However, some found the food bland, with undercooked shrimp in the shrimp fettuccine. The strawberry lemonade tasted artificial. Despite this, the lady manager, Grace, provided excellent assistance. While the dishes were excellent, some felt that the service did not match the quality of the food, especially considering the price paid.
