Just come for the vibes and filling good value food. It’s not world class food by any means but it’s good enough when you’re hungry, has a cool interior, and the service is very friendly!
I have been going to the Spaghetti Factory since 1971. It is still as great as ever, although the new salad appears to be the pre-packaged variety, which I do not like. The Bleu cheese dressing is has been diluted/watered down quite a bit. Otherwise, the meal was exceptional.
Sometimes a restaurant's response when things go wrong matter just as much as a good experience initially. Our table accidentally got bussed when I was in the bathroom with my daughter. They immediately realized the mistake, comped our food, and offered to remake all our meals. Thank you for always giving us a wonderful dining experience even when things go awry. Also, please never change the decor. It has a 1990s pizza hut feeling that you can't find hardly anywhere...
