It’s sooo good and such a nice place. The staff is amazing and welcoming. Coffee and pastries are great. My favorite breakfast place now.

Truly traditional Viennese coffeehouse. My favorite to order is the Überstürtzer Neumann ~ Julius Meinl Kolschitzky coffee with light vanilla hints, infused in whipped cream. The pastries are great as well!

As a European, I was pleasantly surprised by the service! This is the first time in the USA that I actually found a service! Very nice staff who serve very tasty food and coffee! Thank you very much, I'm impressed!Compared to other coffee shops and restaurants I've visited in the states, this is a gem in terms of service. A very pleasant waitress told us about the features of this place and their menu and helped us choose coffee, after which she reserved the table, which was very nice. If you want a break from Starbucks and other self-service coffee shops, this is the place for you!In terms of the interior, it was nice to see beyond the usual tables, places by the fireplace and a summer veranda!Very tasty coffee and croissant! And they not only handed me a cup and plate, but also brought me cutlery with a napkin (a rarity) and sparkling water (wow). In short, I am very pleasantly surprised to find such a place in this area!P.s. The prices are reasonable and there is parking!

So happy I finally came here. It's a very different coffee house experience in a good, civilized way. I felt I was spoiling myself a bit indulging here... and that's okay. Great staff, delicious drinks, and a calm atmosphere. Wood floors and tables and nice decor in general. I'll be back, and a bit earlier to enjoy their pastries. Oh, and a groovy fan, too.

Coffee is my life. My life is better because I’ve been here. This is some of the best coffee I’ve had in decades. I highly recommend this kaffeehaus!

We had an hour to kill and were looking for non-$tarbucks coffee. This place was certainly stumbling across An Experience. The cafe is plastered with signs that say things like WE ONLY SERVE THINGS AS DECRIBED ON THE MENU NO EXCEPTIONS and WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS WHILE YOU ARE ON YOUR CELL PHONE and DO NOT WAIT HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE and DO NOT INTERACT WITH HERR OBER. Being in curly script ratchets up the passive-aggressive level. I have the kind of humor that finds this hilarious, but also, it's a little offputting: my expectation is not that a coffeehouse is going to have an environment similar to Customs and Immigration at an airport.Fortunately, every human we interacted with (don't worry! We did not interact with Herr Ober!) was very friendly and helpful. The clerk recommended drinks that we enjoyed and the coffee was great with a distinctly different toasty flavor to the roast that I enjoyed. The expectation seemed to be that customers linger and take our time, which was also pleasant. On a Sunday afternoon the pastry case was empty, which was a little disappointing, but also understandable. The bottom line is we'll come back next time we're in the area, but we'll also keep giggling about the signs.

The owners are obviously passionate about Viennese coffee and its history. Interesting departure from the mostly Italian style coffee shops everywhere.

This is the only place I’ve found in the area to get traditional Viennese coffee. This style of coffee goes back centuries and if you’ve never had this European style of coffee, you’ve got to give it a try! We visited on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy, so we sat at the bar. We loved everything we tried and will definitely be back. There are lots of coffee options ranging from unsweetened to sweet, and some of the coffees are served with sparkling lavender water, which was amazing. The cake (sachertorte) and ham croissant were also delicious and fresh. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect coffee for your taste. In keeping with the traditional recipes, the shop does not allow substitutions in the drinks.

The staff is quite nice, one of the workers, takes the time to explain their history & coffee options, if it is your first time. Very welcoming environment to enjoy a pastry, unique & delicious coffee while reading a good book in front of their fireplace. I really enjoyed myself. They actually serve you in glass plates & cups & inform you they will pick up after you once you're finished. Definitely going again & look forward to inviting a friend next time.

I stopped in here to try and grab cash back for the bus and ended up getting their equivalent to a latte with a splash of sweet vanilla added. Was blown away by the quality of the coffee and atmosphere for such a random strip mall spot near the bus stop. I'm from out of town so maybe the coffee scene is a bit more competitive here, but if I lived nearby I'd definitely come frequently. Only recommend adding a cash back option due to the bus station, even if a minimum purchase required

My first time trying Viennese coffee and I was blown away. Although the menu was initially intimidating, the server was patient and helpful in helping me order what I wanted. The comfy armchairs and classical music made for some really soothing vibes as well. Would love to come again!

It was not your Starbuck Garden variety burnt fare. I was just running in for a coffee and a pastry, never having heard of this place before. It was an experience. The staff was very professional and helpful, explained their coffee and food, the atmosphere was someplace I would have liked to melt into and spent some time at, but unfortunately, I had places to go. The coffee and food were of superior quality, such that I have rarely had at a coffee place. Love this. If I were local, you'd have to pry me out with a crowbar. Off to to God's work... hunting child predators...

Cute little place with a nice atmosphere. Love the staff here. It was my secret place but it gets quite busy nowadays. I regret raving about it to people. ? I kid... (or am I...). Sadly, closed on Mondays... which I keep forgetting. Hope they stay for a very very very very long long time. :)
