I've been in the drive thru for 30 minutes with my engine off. called the store and still sitting here waiting. this is supposed FAST food. This is what my family wants so I'm being punished by Wendy's lack of customer service. Staff the store so they can make you $$$$$. Must not need too much of an income to keep it running....What form of compensation are you giving???? Sad this truly will be my last visit to Wendy's!
i love Wendy's food... but nobody should have to wait anywhere for fast food @ 30 to 45+ mins in line.
i understand fast food sucks. it sucks even worse to be a Dr or lawyer who just lost a case, or for a CEO who just lost $1million in a few hrs, imagine that stress.
