The food is OK, better than subway in my opinion, the young lady who took my order was pleasant enough, but she was the only one there doing everything alone. During lunch. Consequently it took 35 minutes to get my sandwich. That's the reason for my rating.
Decent sandwiches, way overpriced, and the menu they have posted doesn’t reflect the prices they actually charge. Not great customer service, they will answer the phone even when you’re in the middle of ordering in-person right in front of them, they’ll ask you to wait while they take the order on the phone first. They also didn’t get my order right.
I have stopped at your store numerous times. Today. Oct 5th your sandwich maker, first of all got 1/2 of our order wrong & had a little attitude about correcting his error. The sandwiches that we got had so much dressing & mayo that the bread was soggy. I'm not even sure if he charged us correctly. Maybe he's new & needs more training on how to treat customers & attitude changes. I will be back but please talk with your employee.
