We came here because we wanted to check it out, and I was immediately drawn in because I love trees and roots—the whole vibe of this place felt so unique and welcoming. Rootwood Cider is a must-stop when you’re in the Lake Chelan area! The cider is always fantastic, and the staff is warm and welcoming.

We love the outdoor seating; it’s comfortable, relaxed, and never too loud. You can even reserve a sheltered table in advance, which is a great option. Our favorite ciders are the Harrison, Rosé, and Lake Effect, all super flavorful and well-crafted. The Buzzing Bee cider cocktail was also a standout!

My family went for the afternoon. We brought my three kids (8,5,1) they had a great assortment of toys, grassy areas, shade. We got to enjoy delicious drinks and they got to enjoy a fun afternoon of play. Would highly recommend a visit - and the Cherry Cider!
