I ordered and forgot to say no cheese on my wife's pizza. When the staff heard, they made me another one with no cost and let me keep the one with cheese. I appreciate it a lot. I feel like home every time I step in the restaurant. The pizza is amazing every time and they have incredible staff that go above and beyond.

The BBQ chicken and meatball grinder were quite tasty. The pizza crust was soft but crispy, so just right.

Just received two pizzas and two salads, first impression of this old female was awful she was snarky and nasty on the phone and proceeded to have a nasty attitude when I came into the store then continued to aggressively move the salad bar tongs after my hosanna and I were getting things for our salads , she also threw the change on the counter instead of handing it to my husband and was just completely nasty the entire time, ppl at this age should know how to treat others you work in the food industry have some manners I will
Not be coming back to this store unfortunately she also wouldn’t give her name so I hope this message finds the right person because she cellar doesn’t like her job

This pizza place is one of the few surviving Alfie's Pizza and it is a beautiful one! The pizza, as always, is sooo delicious. You can modify the crust from their usual crust to a handmade, which makes for folded thicker outside crust that's great for dipping in blue cheese dressing or ranch, thin crust or even gluten free crust. You can also customize the sauce from their tasty regular to a sweet Italian, white sauce or bbq sauce. My go to is handrolled crust with sweet Italiano sauce. They have many different meat and vegetable toppings. Alfie's also has a large salad bar with many salad toppings to choose from. Your pizza is freshly made for you for dining in or for takeout and is served piping hot and oh so delicious! The restaurant is kept very clean and features a game room with arcade machines and an air hockey table. The bathrooms are also kept clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a private dining room for special occasions. This place is popular for lunch and very popular for dinner. Come at lunch for good savings on pizza! If you've never been to one of the few Alfie's left, I urge you to come try this Marysville location. You won't be disappointed.

Came here after not being here since a child. Food was better than I remember, pizza crispy and lots of options to choose from. Staff were really nice. I do think that the restaurant could be updated a bit especially the arcade room. The arcade room needs something to make it more fun and inviting like LED light strips? Or bright colored walls and more machines. Also would be cool if the claw machines weren’t impossible to win something from. Overall good experience.

First of all, Food is always delicious. They don’t have a delivery driver so no delivery and that really sucks. My issue is the horrible customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 12 years and I know the first thing all my old bosses ever cared about was the way we treated customers. When I called the girl was super rude to me, had a huge attitude and then when I go OK, never mind I guess she hung up on me. I never leave reviews, but this place has been open forever and the owner should know that the people that are working there right now treat their customers like crap.

My in-laws love Alfy's but I've always found their crust to be bland. It's consistent and the service is great, though!

A childhood favorite of my spouse's. I was glad to get a chance to try it. I did the salad bar and it had lots of tasty options and very nice bread sticks. I tried a slice of my husband pizza and the cheese was gooey with on par crust, sauce and toppings.

I love their pizza but it just seems that even after you ask for a well-done pizza it's still doughy. So we have to cook it for another 10 minutes or so. What happened to the good old days when you ordered a pizza and you didn't have to ask for well done?

Tried to order online. Wednesday special says $13.99 plus optional free stuff crust. Order online have to pay $2.99.

Do not reserve a party here or spend your money here. Extremely unprofessional. We had a party booked on a Saturday. I called 4 days in advance to cancel. Their policy is 3 days so it’s within the timeline. I nicely asked for the persons name so I can note it if my card is charged. They hold a $100 deposit or charge if not cancelled. Asking a name helps confirm it’s canceled.

The “manager” raised her voice at me and started screaming over me when I asked her name to confirm. “We don’t give out our names! How dare you demand” when I simply asked for her name and that I wanted it to make sure I wasn’t charged? Noting the person you spoke to is a common practice in the professional world.

I am completely appalled! We will never spend our money there again.
