ordered a late dinner after a long day. when it was delivered, all the bags were properly sealed, but half my dinner failed to make it into the bag. don't know if the employees were looking for a free meal or if quality control is just that bad.. had I known I would half to cook half my dinner tonight, I would have cooked the whole thing. next time I'll just order sonic.
My wife pulled a piece of plastic out of her chicken sandwich on Saturday. After taking it to the folks at the front counter and showing them I was simply told “we have no manager on duty so there’s nothing we can do.”
I’m guessing that the lack of management is the cause for the food safety issue? Thankfully my wife didn’t choke on the plastic!
