The bbq brisket we had for our party was amazingly tender, moist, and flavorful at BEST!The smoked technique used is undoubtably to perfection!I will definitely want to try the other meats and will call on Bam BBQ again to cater another party. The side dishes were also delicious.A huge thank you to John at Bam bbq for a successful perfect addition to our party!
Bam catered our wedding. They were extremely helpful in selection of items as well as keeping us informed as we got closer to the date. They were prompt on time with everything that we needed to serve food. We had the chicken and ribs they were amazing and the potato salad was homemade and phenomenal.
