Served me foul, dead smelling steak in my salad not once but twice. I coukd smell it as soon as they put it on the table and was completely raw, even white fat inside. Pungent smell. Sent it back, came back cooked to medium rare but still same awful smell. I got a refund and didn't eat nothing there. Manager said they are cryovaced but I suspect oxygen, a leak, or maybe tempature affected that meat. All you have to do is smell its rotten. Ive eaten here a ton and typical get the steak salad everyime I go. Today it was foul. They been slipping in food quality over the past year. This was my last time here, to many food issues Taco bell is better

I don't usually finish a burger and fries when I go to a restaurant but I got the all american smash burger and sweet potato fries and I devoured it! It will definitely be something I get everytime i go here! The thing I'm not used to is having to get up to go oder up front I like having a menu and ordering from the table but I can understand why they do it that way. Lauryn is amazing! She's so sweet and works very hard !

Been here a lot. Ordered Cuban sandwich, which we have had before. The bread on the sandwich was like a wet paper towel. They credited us the 16.00 sandwich , but the.manager wasnt really conerned. Debating our return Good server though. Felt bad for her. Need to get rid of the cook from 6/7/2025.

The blackened chicken on top of the Cesar salad tasted like it was fried in a pan that still had soap in it. I feel really insulted by that. The host also made fun of my son for not getting any lettuce, onion, tomato or pickle on his burger. Because apparently that’s something to judge someone for.

I love Blazing Onion! If I had to compare it to Red Robin, I’d say Blazing Onion wins for burgers, but Red Robin takes the lead when it comes to fries. One of my absolute favorites here is the grilled avocado sandwich it’s so good!
A big bonus: they offer gluten-free buns that actually taste amazing. They’re not dry or crumbly like most places, and they’re a decent size too not those tiny ones you usually get elsewhere. Easily the best gluten-free burger buns I’ve had.
not to mention there milkshakes are SO good.
as for pricing there about the same.
Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The first time there was pretty nice! Didn't really know how ordering and which worked, we were quickly assisted and they explained how to order and how the dine in worked. We placed our order, within 5 minutes our shareable came out. The food was really delicious and fresh. The service was also amazing we were asked if everything was good but it was beyond good. Can't wait to return and try other delicious items on the menu.

Good food, but it didn't make me feel good after. I ordered the grilled cheese. Service was weird, you had to walk up to reception to order, even tho there was a device to call the waiter over.
Came in today for lunch and went to the bar area. The young lady that served us was phenomenal. Very friendly and personable. Now this didn't take away from the expo or the manager on shift either, as they were super friendly and helpful as well. Thanks guys and especially to you Lilly for a wonderful meal today!

Update we use to give this place a great review. But after the chicken staff arguing over my wife's gluten allergy and the kitcken staff checking out my 14 year old daughter we won't be back. Hope they can figure these issues we use to religiously come here after games and now we won't ever be back
