5 Year Review Update: Still the best BWW ive found, having traveled for work on recent years I've been able to go to dozens of other locations. Employees and customers like being here, and its been apparent.
Been coming here for quite a few years regularly getting the same thing. the boneless wings have definitely declined in quality over the last couple months, rarely covered in enough sauce, and the honey bbq has changed as well. Cheese curds more frequently over fried. Used to love this Buffalo Wild Wings but it's not the same.

I’ve given this Buffalo Wild Wings location multiple chances, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. Most recently, I placed an order through an online promotion they were advertising. I completed the order and went to the store, only to be told their online system was down and that they couldn’t fulfill or honor the promotion I used. No alternative was offered, and I was essentially told “too bad.”
This wasn’t an isolated issue. On a separate visit, they gave me the wrong wings entirely and my nachos were missing key ingredients like they just rushed it and didn’t care. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get what you ordered or be told you’re out of luck when they advertise deals they won’t honor.
I really wanted to enjoy this location, but at this point I’ll be going elsewhere. Hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.

Not a huge fan of wings, but boneless wings are just fancy chicken nuggets, so they’re usually pretty good. That being said, these were terrible chicken nuggets. Hard chunks of breading with very little chicken. Supposedly “mild” sauce that wasn’t mild at all, and overpriced for the small amount of food. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic. Very difficult to have a conversation with people right next to you, let alone the whole table.
I would have rated it even lower, but my wife enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich she ordered. It was far better than the trash nuggets, but still not impressive at all, IMO.
Our waitress was attentive and pleasant, and kept our waters filled. We all ordered at the same time but our plates were not served together at all, and the servers bringing them out didn’t know where they went, so that was a bit chaotic.

Amazing service, food and drinks! Our server was wonderful. We ordered all you can eat wings and it was so worth it, every time a fresh order came out our server was already placing the order for the next round of wings. We did all you can eat at a different restaurant recently and our server never came back to our table. Thank you for a wonderful Monday night meal!!!!

It's not a fave but for a get together it's a good spot with big tables bug it always seems to be either too loud or too quiet and it just is weird for convo sometime bug it fits the sports bar theme they seem to be going for
