My husband and I came to eat in the bar last night when the waitress came over she seemed like she didn’t want to be taking our order, in fact we felt rushed and there was literally only two other people in the bar. After we told her we needed a couple minutes to look over the menu after ordering our drinks she comes back to take our order. she takes my husbands order and instead of taking my order she literally just walks off..we both were dumbfounded that she would just walk away without taking my order..we had to wait about 5 minutes before we were able to flag down someone who could finish taking my order for food. I ordered a burger and after the burger was brought to our table it was SMOTHERED in mustard..after scrapping the mustard off I took a bite and it tasted like there was a pound of salt on my burger patty. My husband’s food came out over cooked. We have been coming to this located quite often and lately every time we come the service has declined..after the service we received tonight and the way our food was we will not be back unfortunately.

This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a while. The service was extremely subpar and the food for the price was appalling. 2 people 2 appetizers (soggy fried pickles and 5 tiny pretzels buns), 2 drinks, 2 entrees that consisted of 6 boneless chicken balls of breading and 6 extremely overcooked wings, cold fries and a very sugary slaws 🤢 for a whooping $87.00. Definitely not worth the price and honestly kfc of all places has better chicken. Save your money. Negative 5 🌟

We had a great server & she made sure we were 100% happy with our meals. The hamburgers were good, the sides were good, and our wings were spot on.
This was like the 3rd time I have been here, and every time I tell myself I won't be back, this time I am for real! As soon as you walk in the door, the place stinks like sour beer and old fries. Our server was working on his last few brain cells and the food was cold. It's pretty bad when the burger here is better than the chicken. Good luck people.

I've been going back and forth on posting a public review because I truly love BWW. It's mine and my son's spot but I have been so disappointed with the service the last 3 times I've been there. The food is always good with BWW standards first off. Second, the waiter / waitresses seem to take a 15 minute break right as you're paying. I have waited at least 15 minutes after I've received my check each night. That's the time I want to just go and am stuck waiting. Tonight, I received my receipt after my points were awarded and I was paying with cash. There were 2 parties around me so I decided to wait for the waitress because I didn't want someone to take my cash...... Literally 20 minutes later she comes up to me says, "oh were you waiting for me?" Of course I'm waiting for you. I never said I was paying with cash if I had my debit card I would still be waiting that long for you. I've definitely noticed a delay in service once they realize you have rewards versus just cash but I still tip based upon the total amount because I think that's fair. I didn't want to tonight cuz the service absolutely sucked but I still did because I'm such a people pleaser. But I'm very disappointed with the Buffalo Wild Wings service overall. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me tonight in the bar. If I didn't have to go back I wouldn't but my son absolutely loves this place so I go back pretty often only for my kid. For those of you who have kids then you know why you suffer. Hopefully this changes. It also seems like they only have five servers all together which have to 2 serve the bar and the restaurant which is crazy. I feel like there should be one or two servers in the bar and multiple more in the restaurant specifically. Like I said the food is great it's Buffalo wild wings which is what you would expect from their food but their service has not been up to par.

I used to love coming here. The past 2 experiences I've had ruined it. I don't go to a restaurant expecting to be served stale room temp food, but that's what I get here. I ordered honey bbq and mild wings, mac and cheese, and French fries. The wings were just sad, dry, cold, tough, and chewy, like they had been made hours earlier and sat waiting to be ordered. You can't convince me otherwise. Same with the fries, but they were so stale and cold I had to send them back. They were inedible. Mac and cheese was also old tasting, not warm, flavor was bad, and looked like it had been sitting. My boyfriend ordered garlic parmesan and those were the only wings that came out juicy and hot with sauce still wet. That pretty much confirms that the other wings we received were old.
This place used to be good a few years ago but now it's a waste of money.

I ordered online for the 15 wings with tenders/fries deal. The chicken tenders were good but that’s not saying much as I could have just made them at home or got the same quality anywhere else. My issue was with the wings. They were half assed tossed in sauce so some weren’t covered and even though I got two different flavors the wings were definitely tossed in the same bowl because the lemon flavor was so overwhelming and overpowering for both kinds of wings that it gave me a headache. Why do garlic Parmesan wings taste like straight up lemon? Pretty gross. Oh and not to mention the lack of receipt with transaction and location number so I couldn’t even try to get a refund

We were so excited to eat some wings as we both love them...also they had tater tots! Fried pickles were not cooked all the way through. Our boneless wings were DRY and you could tell not fresh hardly any sauce at all, our wings were leathery and not hot at all....we were bummed the tots were good our waitress Ari was fabulous, she made our experience better, but we didnt want to complain, so we just took one for the team, ate some tots a few pieces of wings,paid, tipped her good.and kindly exited! But we won't be back...so dissapointed.

Let me tell you a little about our experience yesterday. Myself and about 25 family members came in, To have a good time eat and catch up. We were served by a great server named Emily!
Emily was not the problem, she was professional, and was patient, and did an amazing job.
After we all paid for our bills we decided to go to the bar, where the bartender decided she didn’t want to serve us. But she served all the white people at the bar.
Honestly felt like she didn't want to serve us brown people to be exact. We brought it up to manager and he excused her behavior. Needless to say Emily our server came to bar and stood up for us and then served us.
Bartender was unprofessional and should be held accountable for her behavior.
It was embarrassing and ridiculous made it seem like we were not able to pay for our drinks.
