Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a place known for its cookies, friendly atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Customers love how the cookies taste exactly like they remember, and the menu changes every week, helping people find new favorites. The store is a favorite sweet fix go-to, with top notch customer service and reward points that make it more affordable. However, some cookies, like the cake-type cookies, are not cooked throughly. There was also an incident where a box had a long hair in it, though the staff fixed it right away. Some kids working are attentive, while others could care-a-less. After Thanksgiving, the store was closed by the Health department due to a hot water tank issue, which was a bit concerning. Despite this, many customers are hooked and recommend trying one.
