This location is pretty awful on customer service and that seems to be a consistent issue over the years. It's mostly teenagers working here as far as my husband and I can tell, and while that's fine, they seem to lack training on how to be friendly and welcoming and how to address concerns. My husband went in to get us ice cream and there were 2 girls working who were giving him attitude when he ordered and rolling their eyes, then he gets home with the tub of birthday cake remix and the literally just filled it with ice cream cake batter them slapped all the toppings on top so when we got home it wasn’t mixed and they didn’t add all the proper toppings.
