I could taste the burger!! I even tried it a second time and it happened again! Instead of some unknown round, brown-grey slab of unknown origin covered in enough ketchup and pickles to make you think it's a sugary garden salad I could actually taste the meat in their double cheeseburger. It was like eating at a family barbecue when I was a kid.
Try the double cheeseburger you will not be disappointed

We are glad that we have nearby burger king in our area but it sucks to be served by the most unfriendly, unwelcoming, lazy workers who seem to not like their job at all. It’s not just one person who works in there who does that it’s EVERYONE of them. I understand when it’s busy but even when there was no people inside and drive thru line isn’t long, they just seem to be pissed off taking our orders and serving. Unsolicited advice? Quit your job if you don’t like it!

How the heck can you justify charging 14.00 for a cheese burger and don't tell the public it has to do with tarrifs
Stopped in to have a burger with my family really quick. There was a cashier who spoke so quietly we couldn't hear her. When we very nicely let her know we couldn't hear she didn't try to fix the problem but instead rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it. It was really frustrating, then while we were eating staff members kept coming out to the lobby they'd stop a couple tables away and just look at us. I felt unwelcomed there. Probably won't be going back

First time I’ve ever had a manager somewhere refuse to correct a wrong order. She only relented after I walked her through the receipt. Glad I demanded a receipt when I paid since one wasn’t provided like is normal.

Very clean inside. Just after 1 pm. Only myself and young girl in order line. Waited about 2 minutes for clerk to take order. Self service drink machine was confusing at first. I asked for help but the 3 person's behind the counter had their head phones on and no response. The young girl provided assistance giving instructions how to get my drink. After I received my food to eat there no other communication took place.

This store absolutely struggles to get orders right, mobile orders at least. Every time qe place a mobile order they either make something wrong or completely miss a side item or drink.

Caution only one toilet per bathroom, so only two toilets in the entire place for public use! Suppose to be a medium Oreo shake received a small. Service through the drive-through was completely off, could not get our order correct after a long wait time at the window. Just an off day! They where doing their best 🤪🙃
Tried again a few weeks later order inside, just a long wait! Ordered impossible with no bun! This time was supposed to be a to go order and it came out on a tray. 🤔

Have people that cannot speak English at all Running counter and drive-thru told dude order four times and he still messed it up then gave us somebody else's food when calling our number. Then once we got our food we got a plaine Whopper instead of the steakhouse Whopper which we clarified to the dude that did not understand four times because we had a feeling it was going to be wrong. Which it was. And then as we're finally getting our order right they're trying to figure out what's wrong with the drive-thru seeing how they just gave people the wrong food and now all the orders are messed up. With respect I Don't understand how you hire people for a speaking position that do not speak the language of the country you are in. I get all people need to work but not speaking the language and being the one taking orders is just not acceptable

I've had a few issues with this place the last few times. But yesterday was the worst. Ordered food for my family and 3 of the whopper Jr's had mold on them. It's was on both the top and bottom parts of the buns, and clearly noticeable. It's was bad enough i ended up filling a complaint with snohomish county health office. This place needs a compete overhaul with more compitant employees.
