Cold Stone Creamery

I placed a to order online through the cold stone website. When I came in store to pick up I stood at the counter for several minutes. There were two girls just standing around, they didn’t seem excited about their job. When I received my order I decided to check to see if my order was correct which it wasn’t , both of my ice creams were missing waffle bowls. I walked back into the store and the girl knew exactly what I was coming back for, she said that they were out and forgot to mention it to me. She offered no solution whatsoever and when I tried to get a refund she said that a manager had to do it and that there was no manager available.Now I have to take time out of my life to try and get a refund. It’s already a pricey treat, the least that they could do is provide good costumer service.

Worst person, customer service was so horrible, the girls working there were talking to eachother for about 6 minutes until they helped me out, they looked at me and when a girl came over with brownish hair she came all lazy and unprofessional did not greet or say anything just threw the order on the counter and we had to come back because they had forgot our waffle cones and she said “are you guys here for the waffle cones” when she didn’t tell us anything or let us know that they were missing, then she said “I forgot” I can’t refund it because we don’t have a manager here” then she didn’t give us any other options like replacing it with something else, just very lost minded staff. They need to get rid of them, thanks.

We went there for our annual Halloween mix and they closed an hour early. Sign said 9pm and at 8 the lights off and lady closing out register so I opened door and asked if they closed early or new hours and she said closed early sorry.

Pretty bummed out about the service we received here. Messed up both our orders and didn’t have any waffle cones. Staff was not very friendly and didn’t seem to care about anything, as they were talking to each other for a solid 5 minutes before helping customers.

I walked into this establishment for ice cream with my family service was great but uniform and apparel was not a few ladies have short shorts on and there butt is hanging out which my 9 year old daughter pointed out and my 11 year old son that’s not appropriate attire to wear for work who ever is the manager or owner should look into this not acceptable I would love a response back and they are out of a lot of ingredients that they use every day and was not able to get my ice cream made the right way

I used to love Cold Stone in college. It seemed like there were way more flavors to choose from and better topping selections. It wasn't bad, just nothing to write home about

Yesterday afternoon I came in for a waffle cone and medium size scoops for my granddaughter. Before I left...was around 2:15, I mentioned the waffle cone tasted stale. Her reply they were made just yesterday. No offers to even put in one of thier cups. Not happy. I come for a treat because of cost...but love the waffle cones. Sorry to say.....I won't be back to the Twin Lakes location again. Customer service builds your business...or can leave a bad taste in your mouth.

I’ve ordered from here so many times but the last few they are consistently out of ingredients, the place is completely trashed, the employees look as if they never clean a thing and they themselves like messy. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Came into the establishment immediately getting dirty looks from the employees. No greeting what so ever, then they March into the back office to talk. Keeping in mind I was the only person in the store at the time. Serious let down.

Terrible service, staff was very rude. Barely spoke to us. Neither my partner or I even got what we wanted before we were rushed out. Super bad vibes in this place. Will not return here!!

One employee was nice and helpful and the other one was wearing pajama pants and a crop top. This took a casual dress code to a whole new level. She was very rude as well. Not a great outfit for a place with children coming in and out

We lasted visited last night and I believe that will be our last visit to cold stone. There was one employee there again who looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Her hair was somewhat pulled back but had more of it hanging down, which why I'm sure I found a piece of hair in my ice cream. She also was wearing a super baggy hoodie that the sleeve looked like it repeatedly was touching the ice cream. While we were in line both girls behind the counter kept complaining out loud about how busy the night was and complaining that people just kept coming. I get it I've worked real before but don't make a show of it in front of your customers.

Hours of operation at tell 9pm.
Drove over 40 min!

Terrible service. Been there multiple times and the employees care more about socializing with each other than serving the customers. And they don't mix up the ice cream very well.
