Love how they change up their cookies every week. I found a lot of new favorites, things I might not have thought about trying before. Great place, great staff, never had any issues with my order being incorrect. Highly recommend you try one. You'll be hooked!
Some items like choc cookies are great. A couple of the cake-type cookies/cakes aren’t cooked throughly. Kids working & some are attentive & others could care-a-less or act as such. Went after Thanksgiving & store was closed by Health department which was a bummer & a bit concerning. They wrote under the closure notice “it’s our hot water tank!” Ok…?
Ordered a delivery, it was a gift, they didn't include the Birthday Note, the recipient never knew it was from me unless I asked them if they'd got it.
The delivery driver didn't follow instructions either, he didn't knock at the door and left the box outside on the floor.
The box doesn't have any protection or bag
A bit disappointed 😞
