We ordered 3 items and all 3 were wrong. The extra sweet hot Carmel latte had no syrup in it at all and was a plain latte. The sugar free matcha with sugar free vanilla had sugar in it… so I could not drink it since I am diabetic. They also forgot our bagel and had us pay for it twice. We will not be going back.

I’m leaving a a 2 star review because a worker at Bray’s tipped herself. The service was already horrible, so when she didn’t ask for a tip I did not bother to leave one. I was originally charged 7.77 and the day after the transaction was updated to 8.77. This is not okay… The same thing happened to my cousin. Twice.

Brays is one of the only places I’ve found that is able to consistently get my order correct! The baristas here are always friendly and super quick, especially for how busy it gets. I would definitely recommend grabbing a coffee from here!

The only reason it isn't a 5 is because the drive thru sucks 🤣, but they are really nice girls and they make great coffee. This is also the closest coffee stand to me that gives you the chocolate covered beans, love those things!
