Kind and patient staff. We didn't feel rushed to order or look over the menu and the food was filling for lunch!Kid-friendliness: Had a couple highchairs. My kids enjoyed the mac and cheese, chips, and got to take home a plastic firehat.

I love firehouse, but every time I’ve come to this specific location they mess something up. First time they forgot the meat on my sandwich, second and third time they didn’t give me my Mac and cheese that I ordered, and this last time they gave me no condiments. Coming here is such a waste of money. They forget something Every. Single. Time.

My boyfriend got SEVERE food poisoning right after eating his dinner at this location. He was up all night getting sick with SEVERE stomach pain. He has never ever had sickness this painful. It disgusts me how lazy those people must be to be causing this issue for multiple people. After reading other reviews I think they need to be shut down for unsanitary and unhealthy food environment. They are NOT following health codes and need to be shut down!!!

I actually like Firehouse subs its just this location. The last 2 times I've been there me and my mother got sick to the stomach just after eating the subs. There messy with the service obviously not sanitary. We got subs to go the 2nd time and the outside of the to go boxes had chunks of meet on them. I just don't recommend this location.

The food was okay. I enjoyed it, but I have had better subs. Super friendly and helpful employees, although they messed up my order. The restuarant wasn't the cleanest. It also a bit cluttered.

I used to live in Florida and absolutely LOVED Firehouse subs. Hadn't been to one in over a decade, so I stopped in today while visiting nearby from up near the Canadian border.I ordered the New York Steamer, to go. In store, the small is described as an approximately 6" sandwich. Per my photos, you can see that the to go box is the width of a car key. My sandwich combo, which was over $12, entailed a car key sized sandwich, chips and a small drink. Just unbelievable what companies are trying to get away with today with smaller portions at higher cost! Shameful! This should be described as a kid's meal, for little kids, like preschoolers. Also, in Florida, the sandwiches would be toasted to perfection. This was not toasted. The bread was un-toasted and the sandwich was lukewarm and soft the way it would be if you popped it in a microwave for 15 seconds. You know what I mean? Also, I pointed out that a long hair was dangling from inside the ice maker mechanism where the ice drops down into cups. The young man set about removing the hair and disinfecting the dispenser. The two stars are ONLY for the woman who took my order who was friendly and courteous. I actually tipped a dollar on a fast food to-go order. I'm so sick of subsidizing big corporations' starvation wages by being asked to tip for every little thing. I feel like I should've gotten my money back, but I took it to go and had a long drive back and didn't have time to return there. I hope I don't get sick.

Shared the Pepperoni Meatball Sub and the New York Steamer Sub with my wife this evening. Just trying something different. Oh my... best subs I have had in a very, very long time. The Pepperoni Meatball Sub is packed full of flavor and yes... meat!! The Steamer doesn't have as mutch flavor ,but man is that sub loaded with meat!! Thank you men at the Smokey Point, Washington location for 2 great sandwiches! ?

The staff is very friendly here. The store is clean. Let’s be clear here fast food of any kind isn’t 5 star material. Hands down in my opinion Firehouse is a step above the competition.

They never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. Only if I wanted a pickle on the side so the sandwich was not what it could have been. It was my first time there and didn't know I had choices until I looked over the entire menu. Very expensive sandwich for no service. not impressed.
