My burger had mushrooms in it. I did not ask for it at all. I could’ve been allergic that so this kind of mistake really sucks.

The team in here were awesome! Such a great atmosphere. They obviously all enjoy themselves while working as it was a great place to eat our dinner. Food itself was fabulous as usual too, can’t beat 5 guys!

Today this place was hoppin' with customers! I was so hungry I didn't even take pictures of my Double Bacon Cheeseburger, All the Way with relish, and a little fry.
The five person crew was great - communicating amongst themselves and with every customer who walked in and out the door.
My burger was spot on and so were the fries.

Unfortunately, 5 guys have gone way downhill since they first opened at this location.
The burger patties have gotten a lot smaller,
And the supposedly toasted buns have no characteristics of being toasted, so they're way too soft to hold up to the grease and the vegetables that top the hamburger, so the whole mess just falls apart.
I had the double bacon burger and my friend had the small bacon burger with a small order of fries and 2 cups of water
The total was over $30, for a couple of burgers that I could have made way way better at home...
The taste of 5 guys food was average, just barely above a cold Quarter pounder or a Burger King whopper that was made 45 minutes ago....
For $30 I can make four half pound wagyu beef patties with toasted buns, and all the extra toppings that I want....

What I got at 5 guys Smokey point was vastly overpriced mid quality food.

Thankfully, Ivar's bought out Kidd Valley burgers, and those burgers are now available at most Ivar's locations..!!!
Their Kidd valley Char broiled hamburgers are superior to a Five guys burger for 30% less money..!!

Love Five Guys. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was good! And the BLT, this should be served on toasted white, mot a burger bun. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. BLT had too much bun. I dont like that they wrap thier burgers in foil. Steams the bun and makes it mushy.
Almost $20 for a burger and a drink. I wanted fries but at these prices, I cannot (on principle alone) pay that much money. Why on earth is a burger and soda $19.67????

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere, and very appreciative of the excellent service provided by Jose who accommodated my mother after realizing she was disabled and brought our food and drinks to use going above and beyond making our day , thank you!

Whats the point of a mountain of fries when they are so over salted even the ketchup wont cut them! Seriously ask for no salt or you are walking away with a bag of what looks like sand covered potatoes. For these prices, not being able to eat half my meal feels bad.

These clowns tried to kill me by giving me a entire bag filled to the top of French fries....that is extremely dangerous.
