Was not interested in all you can eat for 25.00. Opted to order by weight. My bowl had two pieces of thinly sliced frozen beef and one frozen shrimp 1/4 cup each of cabbage one small bokchoy 1/2 cup bean Sprouts small amount of noodles and the mix of Leah sauce. Not knowing what price my meal was going to be and not being present when it was weighed was uncomfortable and concerning. I recall thinking if it's 18.00 I'll be very 😡. The miniscule dish was over 19.00 served in a to-go box to eat from at the table. I agree with reviews regarding rudeness. Leah had immediate personality change and became very unpleasant.

I got here at 8:20 PM they close 8:30 pm
They still did let me do two orders to go
Which I spend like 15 minutes in there making the orders.

My adult son and I decided to have lunch here today. We spent 60 for lunch. First of all the waitress followed behind my son wiping up where you put your food into the bowls as if trying to rush him thru ( mind you it was already messy). We then noticed a sign on the wall while we were eating our food that stated you cannot take your food to go that you don't finish. My son said to me no we are going to take home what we don't finish we paid for it. He then went up and asked her for two to go boxes. She didn't want to give them to him he told her he would buy the boxes. She put his food in a to go box weighed it and charged him 10 dollars. This is food that we already paid a 60 dollar bill for and tip. Have never had any where I have ate do this. We will not ever go back. Total scammers.

I cannot rave about this place enough. My grandpa and I came here every year for his birthday for roughly 5 years in a row. He passed almost 2 years ago and grandma and I braved dining here again after his loss. The food was wonderful. The owner is so sweet. She would always make my grandpa something for his birthday and put a candle in it. Today she did the same thing. Even looked through pictures of grandpa and I eating here for his birthday and was just an absolutely joy. Everything is priced well and always tastes amazing!

Service was extremely rude. There was three of us that came to eat. The other two wanted to order all you can eat. Being that I don’t eat that much. I wanted to order by the pound so I could take some home So I can eat later. They charge $16.99 per pound . Then they did not allow the three of us to sit together. I had to sit at another table because I did not order all you can eat like my friends I also ordered no rice since I don’t eat rice. They put rice on my plate and charge me for it because it increased the weight of my plate One of the cooks that was preparing the meal was not wearing gloves. Even changed the garbage and then went back to cook meals with no gloves. The grill that they cook our food on is an eyesight of the guest . They were talking about me and pointing at me the whole time. One was afraid that I was going to get food from my friends’s plate to put in my box. So told me I had to have a bag. (she didn’t offer any other tables bags for their to go boxes) I didn’t want a bag. I told her not to worry I’m not going to take any of my friends food. When I went up to pay For my $35 box of food. I did mention next time can you please not include rice if I’m requesting it. She grabbed my box out of my hand. Opened it up to look inside. I asked for my box back. She was very rude about it. She then weighed my food again. not sure why she would weigh my food again. Unless she thought that I took food from my friend. which did not happen She had the nerve to tell me I was making a scene. I stated I was willing to pay for my food. I didn’t want the rice taken out of my box. It was just a simple request for next time.. once again, she tried to take my box from me to take the rice out. Told her not to touch my food. I also asked her if she could please make sure the cooks wear gloves. She said they do wear gloves. she told me that her cooks were wearing gloves So.I pointed to the cook that did not have gloves on. she asked him, and when he raised his hands. he had no gloves on. she proceeded to ask him if he was wearing gloves when he cooked my food and he said yes. Which was not the case I asked her to please charge me so I could leave. She kept arguing with me. I asked again. I wanna pay for my food so I can leave. She took my credit card ran my card then refused to give me back my credit card. I asked for my credit card back. She said no. I waited until my card was authorized.I signed the digital receipt. And she still refused to give me back my credit card stating that that signature was not good enough. Took out her phone to video me and I told her she did not have permission to video me and she said she was going to take my picture in case my credit card did not go through (once again, my card had already been authorized) Once again she told me I’m making a scene. I told her to give me back my credit card or we would have to call the police for her keeping my credit card. She finally gave it back to me and I left. It was terrible service. I do not recommend anyone to eat here especially if everyone at the table is not willing to do all you can eat because you cannot enjoy a meal with your friends or family.

I used to love this place, so giving it a 1 star is disappointing. My wife, and I frequented this establishment often, did the all you can eat every time, had good conversations with the manager numerous times, we tipped very well, and I would have given a 5 star review before our most recent experience. We decided to take our 7 year old daughter to try it out for dinner. I am a 200 pound male, and wanted to do the all you can eat, while my wife and daughter just wanted to do the 1 bowl since that’s all they can eat. I paid for my all you can eat, and my wife+daughter were going to pay for their bowl afterwards once it was weighed. We get stopped mid-line, and the manager said that since I got all you can eat, everyone has to get all you can eat, including my 7 year old daughter, or we pay by weight across the board even though I already paid for my unlimited. Ended up being a 70 dollar dinner for three small plates since we all lost our appetite given the situation, also the manager doesn’t seem to treat her staff very well given our experience, plus other reviews. The cook, and the waitress were very kind, and the regular staff is normally stellar so none of this is directed towards them. Please don’t make my mistake, please don’t go to this place, and they’ve completely lost me as a customer.

This place is a rip off. Got it by weight and our tab was $30 per person. I tried to change it to all you can eat but the owner wouldn’t do it. Also, auto 25% gratuity because 3 kids and 2 adults.
