Since Covid I've used delivery. The last few deliveries I've had from JJ, service has gone steadily downhill. First, the bread is overcooked so it's hard to bite into the sandwich. Second, the notes about the sandwich are not read and adhered to ie, no onions, cut etc.Third, delivery time has gotten waaay longer. I understand the want to get a few orders to deliver at once, but taking an hour to deliver a sandwich from just a few blocks away when JJ promises such fast service is pretty aggravating.

Horrible experience with Management "Jules". Poor customer skills, they answer the business line... 'hello?'.... sandwich was Horrible. Said I'd bring it back tomorrow since I live quite a distance away ans was told, well no, unfortunately we do not accept refunds except same day. Never again Marysville...and I will share this experience. I was told to pass your store by due to others experience, but I thought I'd give you a chance. You blew it. 34.00 for 2 Sammy's, a pickle and pasta salad. I don't m8nd paying for decent food, or if there's a problem, decent customer service. But your store failed epically on both accounts.

I ask to not cut the pickles and you cut them everytime. I then have a dry pickle because the juice soaks into the paper. Do Not Cut the Pickles. Simple

I ordered an unwitch and they gave me the most disgusting lettuce. It's literally completely brown all the way through. No way they didn't see it. They said unless I came back same day, which I was unable to make it back in, that they only give half credits. No other company has a policy like that. For 2 sandwiches and a pickle it was $30.38.

Standard Jimmy John's, good food, friendly staff, clean establishment
I was greeted as I walked in the door, and didn't have to wait for the pretty gal behind the counter to take my order.The food was adequate. The ? was plain, with very little flavor in the sandwich. JIMMYS JOHNS!!!! Plus, they have no meatball subs... what gives.Lots of interesting signage inside.

Make the drive, skip right past this Jimmy John's and head straight for Arlington. Too many issues this location. Rude staff, I missed my lunch on a few instances because delivery was well over an hour late. Staff members are usually really young and not presentable. Not sure why the manager doesn't care about this. But showing up to work with 10+ hickies all over your neck and piercings, inappropriate tattoos... then when you reach out trying to ask why your delivery is late they do not help you. They clearly do not want the business. This location puts Jimmy John's to shame.
