Definitely better than subway. My family ate there twice in a week and that's really rare.
Very clean store and fast, friendly staff and great service.

Jimmy John's offers a mixed experience with their service and food quality. Some customers have noticed a decline in service speed and sandwich quality, particularly with overcooked bread and missed order notes. On the other hand, many appreciate the fast and efficient service, with delicious subs like the Italian Night Club being a highlight. While some miss options like meatball subs, the overall experience at Jimmy John's is positive, with friendly staff and ample parking options available.
