It took them 8 minutes to take our order, and another 25 to get our food. We ordered 7 pupusas total and that’s IT, nothing complicated! Oh, but a white family of 10 people walked in, and they got their food before us and it was pupusas too. Do you have to be white to get your food first?? And to make things worse, the pupusas tasted flavorless. That’s coming from my salvadorean friend who was with me. When she went to go ask why our food was taking long, she glanced over at the kitchen staff, and it was a guy making them. No shade, but she said that this joint used to make really good pupusas. The staff back then was two older ladies that definitely seemed to be from El Salvador - and anyone who is from El Salvador knows older ladies make the best pupusas. First and last time coming here. My friend also said she won’t be coming back. Terrible experience.

Omg I went with my husband and we ordered tacos 🌮 Birria and a Pupusa which was so yummy it ! The server Yamid ( hopefully I am spelling it correctly) was super friendly and polite. For sure we will go back.

We have been to the food truck that is in Arlington several times and absolutely LOVE their food and the service is always amazing. I have tried their pupusas, tamales, burritos, tacos esquites, and the horchata, all were amazing. Has become a family favorite. ❤️

We ordered pupusas (revueltas and beans with cheese), riguas, yuca con chicharrón, and to drink horchata and agua de coco. The pupusas had a lot of filling, great flavor, and they were huge! The yuca was delicious as well, lots of chicharrón, curtido and everything. The flavors are authentic (I’m from El Salvador), and honestly, Pupuseria Ana has the best pupusas I’ve had in Washington State. The customer service was amazing, both servers were charming and respectful. We loved every single item we ordered, and we will be going back soon!
Clean, great service, and awesome pupusas. I had the caldo de res which was perfect of this cold and rainy day. My wife had 4 pupusas but could only eat 2! they are big and delicious.

When I visit these smaller, (hole in the wall) businesses, I’m not looking for the top tier service or the top tier atmosphere. I’m looking for good and hearty food that leaves me satisfied and happy. This place is like that. So for the folks that complain about service or the venue, get over it and go somewhere that’s new and nice and get garbage overpriced food. This place makes food that reminds me of my momma, who’s Salvadoran- reminds me of home. I recommend this spot. Know that it is heavy due to the starches, but it’s good haha. Enjoy

Absolutely horrible, the salsa was water with red food coloring. The wait was long! For only asada fried and a torta. Safe to say I will NEVER be back, and will tell people to stay awayyyy.
