I doordashed this sandwhich and it came with the wrong bread, what tastes like miarical whip or expired mayo, and they didn’t even put cheese on the sandwhich and doordash only credited me $5 back, waste of money after working all day. super disappointed, my sandwhich is 3 ingredients… its not that hard. almost feels purposeful.

I saw used acrylic nails on the counter. The fans were so loud I could barely hear the girl behind the counter. They didn't clearly label what pop was available through the soda fountain. My sandwich left much to be desired. Not a Subway I plan on visiting again.

Ordered a pizza sub on doordash. They sent a pepperoni (aka no pizza sauce, which is why it's called pizza sub.) I had doordash put in for a re-delivery. They again, sent a pepperoni, not a pizza sub. Got a full refund. Tried to call a manager to make sure their staff were re-trained on how to make a pizza sub vs a pepperoni and cheese sub. No one picked up first time. Rang a bunch then I was hung up on the second time. Shameful. I've been getting subs here since I was a child in the mid 90's, and seen it go through several managers. Guess I'm done with them now after 25+ years. So long state street Subway. Sad to see you fall this far.

The store itself was an oven. I placed an online order for pickup, ordered extra bacon and avocado. I arrived early to see they were making my sandwiches. I was told they were out of avocado. I asked about a refund, they said that wasn't possible. I asked if my sandwich had extra bacon on it, they said it did... But it did not. I will not be returning.
