Pre ordered 5 days in advance- got there at scheduled pickup time- 645am. Had not even started my order. took 1.5hrs to complete order- 1/2 of order was cold. Had ordered sides of tater tots- found 17 tots for the $5 side.
Texted owner- left voice mail- no call back- no apology.
Had to use 1.5hrs of vacation to boot. Should have just left.
Guess we live and learn.
