“Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER by their general manager, MICHELLE. I don't care how good the food is. if you treat your customers like crap, we will NOT be your customer nor will we ever reccomend this place to anyone again!“

“On Christmas Eve about 4 o'clock my family left an event in downtown Seattle and were really hungry. We looked on line for something on our way home to Lake Forest Park that was open. There weren't many choices and this place had pretty good reviews and was open. We were a little leary when we drove up. It was in an off location and small and modest. When we went in the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and we all ordered. After tasting the gorgeous food and generous cocktails, we were hooked. We usually do not return to places as we like to try something new, but we will definitely return to Botteco Brazil, Shoreline.“

“We reserved a table online for their Cowboy Brunch for 4. The music was so loud that we could not even have a conversation. Two of us received our food cold. The waitress brought out two new plates, again cold! Needless to say we didn't eat them. The deposit was suppose to come.off the bill ($100.00), but we all paid individually, with the waitress saying she would refund the original deposit. A week later still not refunded and no one will return the call. Absolutely terrible experience!“

“Absolutely LOVED IT!!!! I went with my partner for prom and the staff was so incredibly nice and they were very quick as well. The food was amazing, we got the garlic cheese appetizer (easily our favorite thing on the menu) ribs and the salmon, all got devoured!! HIGHLY recommend this place!!“

“Manager Kaylah was more than welcoming and accommodating to our larger group. Our server, Liz, was attentive and made sure our orders were complete, and the food was hot, delicious, and delivered in a timely way. The rest of the staff was very helpful too. I would recommend the Buzz Inn if you'd like a casual dining experience, but with excellent service.“

“Bone in ribeye was amazing with the garlic butter. the chilled starter salad was better than I remember with just the right amount of onions croutons and tomatoes. Finished off with the creamiest cheesecake topped off with raspberry sauce. YUMMY!!“

“Food was alright, slightly overpriced for the quality I feel we got. Nothing awful, just didnt quite feel like our food was worth 39 dollars a plate. Drinks were great, though! When we came in, we had to seat ourselves as there was not an employee in sight to seat us. Thankfully, we sat in the bar and the employee in there was with us promptly and took great care of us (can't remember his name, but the skinny guy with medium-long length brown hair deserves a raise). And of course, the free bread was to die for. Overall would reccomend during a sale or special, not necessarily for a night out.“
