The medium roast espresso was smooth and although I prefer a lighter roast with more interesting notes, I can see how a chocolatey medium roast appeals to a wider range of people. I was a bit disappointed in the presentation. The flat white was the size of a latte, just a bit too large. Maybe it was an off day but the milk had no microfoam and the texture was just flat and too milky. The barista sloshed it on the counter and spilled some of it and I was left to clean it up. I’d love to see a bit more pride in the preparation. Otherwise, nice!“

“I recently moved here, I’ve been to 5 coffee shops and have disliked all of them besides this one. I use to be a barista so I’m a little picky. I beyond love this one! I love the ladies that work there. Zip fizz is my all time favorite, first day I went I was beyond excited, second day I asked if they had the flavor I wanted again she proceeded to say yes I went and got more. Made my entire day! I will be back and be telling everyone I meet to go there!“

“I got a honey badger. I had requested if it was super sweet or not. The batista was awesome she said it was a sweet drink typically but would depend on how much of the mix was added to shot ratio. She was kind enough to add less mixture and offer to add shots that of course was paid for. But hey one can't deny the customer service and how exceptional the drinks taste. There is a bit of a line but worth the wait.“

“There are so many bakeries and coffee shops out there—but this one is one in a million. From the second we walked in, the barista (Christine) greeted us with a big smile and was so friendly. It felt almost like meeting an old friend who was really excited to see you again. There are tons of fresh baked goods the owners make themselves (wow!) and the coffee is roasted by the owners too. There’s also tons of seating. We got bagels and Christine whipped them up quickly for us, while simultaneously taking care of other customers’ orders and greeting people in line and taking their orders. We were there for an hour and the place was hopping. She was so cheerful and caring towards each customer that came in—even the rude and demanding ones (which isn’t easy!). This is a great place with good coffee and plenty of delicious baked goods—but experiencing this outstanding customer service makes it shine above all the others. We’d love to stop by again next time we’re out here! Christine, you should win an award for most cheerful barista in Washington state!“

“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕“

“I love this boba shop so much! It has the most unique drink options of any shop I’ve ever been to, and everything I’ve gotten has been delicious! My favorite is the purple moon! The taiyaki is also wonderful! I always recommend this shop to people, especially if they’re wanting boba but want options outside of tea!“

“We love WUC and have for a very long time, back when there was only one location! But this one is our favorite due to all the friendly baristas and consistency in getting good coffee. We especially appreciate Hayley and how she always knows both mine and my husband’s orders and has even had them ready when she saw us pull up. That really stuck out to us because it shows such a high level of paying attention to her customers and making them each feel special. We frequently tell her she’s not allowed to leave 😅 But, I also have to say that we also appreciate Ari and Trendon (I’m so sorry if I misspelled that!!). This location is just top notch with a fantastic team!“

“Reserved a children's birthday party here and it was a blast! Great weather, venue, and children will be wiped out when the party is over with the amount of fun they will have. Gage and the rest of the staff here are super amazing and were very friendly. Cow train ride and petting zoo was a big hit for all the kids. Venue also provided drinks for the adults as well! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!“
