Masking is required except while eating or drinking in the cafe. Masking is required in the hospital all the time otherwise.“
“Great food, great service, and great atmosphere at Neill's. It's my favorite local coffee and ice cream shop! My family can go and enjoy different treats at Neill's, and it's a fabulous spot to grab coffee with a friend or group. My favorite treat is an affogato with whichever seasonal flavor suits my fancy. I also appreciate how the owner is an active and generous member of our community.“
“They should REALLY consider changing their name to something that isn't a slur, but, if you're willing to put that aside for a minute, the drink was really delicious honestly. I'm not a fan of the name, but there are so many options in Pullman really. I was looking for a place that serves white coffee that isn't a whole drive out to Moscow, this is definitely the place for it. I normally request a double or even triple shot of the white coffee at DB because they don't make the flavor very strong, but here I didn't have to ask at all, it's perfectly present, perfectly sweet, good strong flavor. Personally I think Woodland Java, or Gnome Java would work fine. Jasmine Java? Jolly Java?“
