Total local diner. It is a dive, but I love a good dive and Dave's is definitely that. They have great soups made in house and my mom lives to eat here. She is kind is persnickety about places, but Dave's won her over. Love the servers... They're always friendly and fast.

I stopped in for lunch with some friends at about 2:30, plenty of parking and there were only a few people there. The menu was varied and once the order was in it didn't take long to get the food. It was hot ! I had a hoagie with turkey, cheese and veggies. The French fries were overflowing, there was so much food I couldn't finish, the same went for my friends. I will definitely come back here again. The server was awesome, she kept coming back and checking and refilled our drinks several times.

I recently visited Dave’s of Milton for lunch and had a mixed experience. The food was average at best, not quite living up to the hype. Unfortunately, the experience was further dampened by the presence of flies throughout the restaurant, which was quite off-putting. Hopefully, they can improve both the food quality and the cleanliness in the future.

I see a lot of good reviews of this place so my son and I stopped here for brunch. Right off the bat we walked in the last serving saw us and said nothing no welcome at all. She came back around and said sit where you want. Ok fine I ordered water and my son was trying to decide and before he decided she said I’ll be back and walked away and didn’t come back u til a different server came over to help us. We ordered food and for a Benedict being $19 it was horrible. No ham, fake little sausage in the gravy barely much flavor to it at all. I wouldn’t go alone mainly because the food wasn’t good but having crappy service on top of it was wild. Never heard thank you, have a nice day. Nothing

This is a great place to pop in for homemade comfort food. I was able to quickly find a table, greeted with a friendly smile and served well. The food portions were generous and the chicken fried chicken and eggs were excellent. The hash browns were lacking in seasoning but ketchup helped with that issue (as did the salt & pepper shaker). The jelly for the biscuit is delicious!! While I wouldn't come in for the coffee DOM is definitely worth the visit for friendly service and a hospitable staff. I love how peaceful the area is. I plan to visit again sometime.

For the food yes! For the service, no. Our server, Shannon was unpleasant and only seemed to check in as an obligation. Didn't provide any silverware. I went and got my own. Then since it was lunch, I went and got my own take out containers. She responded to this by saying, "You didn't get a cup for the au-jus." seriously!?
