Taco Tuesday at Milton’s Lodge.
Honey told our server,
“That’s THE BEST taco salad I’ve ever had!”
(apologies for missing the photo opp).
I was late on the photo of the Beef Tacos (optional soft shell) but presentation of both orders were excellent. Refills on soft drinks, we had the lemonade. Broke the $20 date night budget but it was worth it. Honey remembered the place on the drive home as “great fish and chips” in years gone by.
Fish and chips future is a hopeful TBD next time we’re on that stretch of road.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE!! My daughter, her sister and their children stopped in for dinner on their way home. Instantly feeling that they weren’t welcome. It went from dad to worse. Not joking!!! Way too much to write as I’m even getting angry and sick thinking about what they went through and how they were treated. No, they didn’t stay. They had to leave. It was like something you’d see in the movies, but never experience. Shame on the staff and the owners if they were there. You should be shut down!!!!!!!!

Specials are excellent. Fish and chips are some of the best. Friday fish special should not be missed. Chowder and fish are both outstanding. Love meatloaf Thursdays.

The bartenders and owners both started refusing service to a group of construction workers because they apparently don’t tip enough. $1 tips per drink is apparently not enough. $1 tips per beer is typical at any other bar. Do with that information what you will.

The Milton Lodge Bar and Grill is our favorite place to eat breakfast. The service and the hospitality are exceptional; a place 'where everyone knows your name.'

The Lodge Melt was fantastic. Coldest beer I have had in a long time. Kona Bigwave was very fresh from the keg.

Casual, friendly, good food, lots of variety. Bartender/waitress got our order perfect and pretty quick. Other patrons friendly. Lots of parking. Definitely would recommend.

Food was quite good and reasonably priced. Service was a bit slow but we were parked over in a dark corner. Pretty typical bar environment, a bit noisy.

The food was average but very ruined by the service. Not only was my server very rude but he seemed like he didn’t want to be there and never brought me water after several requests. He spent his time behind the bar making unnecessary conversation and insisted he was busy with only 2 parties present.
