I hate to review this place so low since I love Taco Bell but on my way home from work I got the new cantina tacos and an order of the cinnamon balls & they literally had it ready within 2 seconds after I paid? & when I got home I realized the tacos were OLD and smooshed like they had made them 5 hours ago or something. & the cinnamon delights were hard and completely greased over like seriously old product. I am very disappointed with my food and couldn’t eat it. Please check the quality of your food before departing this location should be a crime to sell old food like that smh

Updated review, last one was during the first year of Covid and irrelevant.The only thing I have to add is using the T Bell app. It’s fast and convenient, especially if you do a lot of customizBeyond that, it’s your average Taco Bell.

Store was very sterile and empty. You can't order at the counter anymore, you have to use the kiosk. I asked for a large cup at the counter and was told i had to order at the kiosk. I said i already did and just needed the cup for my drink that i paid for. Food was for a Taco Bell. Pretty standard.

Ive only ever been through the drive through here but after going quite a few times I must say my food is always correct and fresh, the staff is very kind and the service is quick. The place is clean and well light, this is really one of the better taco bells I've been too. I've had no complaints ?

I just went today 1/19:24 at 7:15. I was asking questions, and the lady in the drive-through was very short with me and very rude. She was basically like you're not allowed to ask questions in the drive-through. Please pull forward. Another lady got on and she was like if you have questions, you can find the answers online we cannot help you please pull forward. All they care about is the drive thru times not about helping a customer. I asked for corporate's number they refused to give it to me "because they tried to help me". So I'm not allowed corporates number? Who makes this policy? The person in the drive thru said they were the manager. Call and spoke to someone who said they were the manager. 2 different managers at once? Or all liars. They said I can find the corporate number online I asked for their name they refuse to give it to me. They said it's their corporate policy that they are not allowed to give out names so I said I'm not allowed to know who's I'm dealing with when I contact the manager that is your policy? That is ridiculous. So if I have an issue with someone I'm not allowed to know who they are? Who makes these policies??? The people at this location do not know how to do their job and come up with their own policies
Don’t leave this Taco Bell without checking your bags! They keep taking my money and not giving me all of the items I pay for. When you fill out the contact form on the app, no one gets back to you about it.
