I don’t come to Taco Bell often but when I do I normally use the drive thru and our order is usually accurate. Today is the first time I’ve ordered through the app for delivery and there were a couple things wrong with our order. First off, we ordered the chicken nuggets and they forgot our sauces. The day before posting this, I had an issue with missing ingredients in order, but was already driving to work by the time I was able to notice the issue. I was unable to report in the app, so I called the store and was told to come in. After telling a staff member what happened, they helped connect me to Griselda. Griselda listened, apologized on their behalf for me, and helped accommodate the fact I didn’t want a replacement then and there and helped me be more than satisfied...
I order ice coffee, which is NOT on the menu, and have to beg someone to come to the counter to help me, what happened to old fashioned customer service...not here...please put the kiosh where the sun dont shine, hate those things...
