I don’t come to Taco Bell often but when I do I normally use the drive thru and our order is usually accurate. Today is the first time I’ve ordered through the app for delivery and there were a couple things wrong with our order. First off, we ordered the chicken nuggets and they forgot our sauces. The day before posting this, I had an issue with missing ingredients in order, but was already driving to work by the time I was able to notice the issue. I was unable to report in the app, so I called the store and was told to come in. After telling a staff member what happened, they helped connect me to Griselda. Griselda listened, apologized on their behalf for me, and helped accommodate the fact I didn’t want a replacement then and there and helped me be more than satisfied...read full review
