We absolutely love Jersey Mike’s and this is our local store so it makes me sad to leave this review. My husband was prior an assistant manager at another location and knows the rules and regulations they are supposed to be following so maybe we are more critical due to that but this location has a total disregard for food safety and customer service. Was so looking forward the the Philly steak sandwich that my husband had raved about. Made a special trip to Monroe to have one. Unfortunately the guy cooking might have not been experienced since not a drop of moisture left to the meat. I bought one for my husband and I both. I asked him “this is what you liked?” He said not at all the same as before. Don’t think I will be back.

Couple of visits here in the recent past. It's an Ok place. Service is not real fast. They takes a lot of time especially if you order at the shop. Never tried app orders. Once I had to wait for around 15 mins to get my sub. not particularly impressed about the service. Food is still okish. Once the sub was very greasy - no idea why! This place is always neat and clean; got a nice vibe.
