Why this place isn't at 5/5 stars is strange. They're great people, and they make great food. Authentic Mexican food. I haven't had this good of food since Texas. Also the people are genuinely nice and curious people. It's a mom and pop shop.
This is the second time we ate their food. The first time we got it to go and it was pretty good. This time we ate in the restaurant and it was very good. I had the steak a la mexicana and my wife had the chicken mole. Both dishes were delicious and the margaritas were good too.

We stopped here on our way to Long Beach, so glad we did! Service was great and the food was yummy. Even treated ourselves to the churros for dessert. Chatted with the people at the adjacent table. All in all a very delightful dining experience!
