I cannot belive how downhill this location has gone in the last couple of weeks! If I could it would now be a 0 star they no longer have the most amazing person working there (Emily) who always made everyone's day!! But now they have people working there that are beyond rude and obviously playing favorites. I went in today yo get the Dubi brownie which i have been waiting for them to get in since they first released them. Not only was the dark haired girl behind the counter RUDE to my kids but also flat out lied to them. We saw them pulling more out of the oven and the told us they were out and not going to be getting anymore. If they are just saving them to take home say that dont lie to mine and my kids faces when they were SO excited to finally get to try them. I have spent a crazy amount of money at this store since it's been located there and I am at a point I dont think I can continue to support crumble cookies! Get people in the store that are not rude and maybe I will be back but I highly doubt it. At this point myself and friends will be taking our business else where at a place we are not lied to or treated like we are a burden! Absolutely appalling to see how management has destroyed our local crumble

I just love the variety each week. The frosting is always scrumptious. I prefer a more baked cookie, nevertheless I enjoy each bite.
