Just drove through ordered 4 sweater weather's and 1 apple latte all 16 Oz. Received all 5 in 12 Oz. FOR 35.00. I asked if they were 16 they said no. Work on customer service guys. I know it's early. But would have been nice if you asked us if we were satisfied with incorrect order.
I absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros, and this location (while the line and parking are admittedly a bit much for the... less than competent customers) has always had an amazing team that works hard and does their best to accommodate each customer and any customization they may need. They handle even the worst, most aggravating, aggressive (and to put it bluntly, stupid) customers with grace and kindness. They are more than willing to correct their mistakes, when they actually make mistakes....read full review
