“We’ve only been to FAA Coffee House a handful of times, but every visit feels special thanks to Kelsey. She always remembers our order—even the small details, like that I prefer skinny straws and my husband likes a regular one. It’s such a thoughtful touch and makes us feel truly welcomed. Kelsey greets us every time with the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. We don’t make it to town often since we live about 45 minutes away in a tiny little community, but whenever we do, we genuinely look forward to stopping at FAA and seeing her. She’s an absolute light and a big part of why we keep coming back! “My dad was in the hospital passing away, so I drove in from Spokane to be with my mom for a week. My mom and dad were regulars. I came through one of the mornings to get my mom's order and one of the girls recognized her order and asked how she was doing. I filled her in as to what was going on and she expressed her condolences. I thought it was very sweet of her to recognize an order and ask how she was. I also loved the coffee! Dutch Bros has nothin on Simply Divine, doesn't even come close to comparison.“
